Is it possible to export selected events in mp3 format?

Yes, it is. Hit [P] command to Set Locators to Selectino Range. Then go to Export > Audio Mixdown and set the File Type to Mpeg 1 Layer 3. Done.
I need that function with several selected events, is it possible?
Which edition? AI, LE, Artist or Pro?

In later versions (Cubase 11 and above) you can set cycle markers and add them to an export queue.

And in Cubase 12, can I add multiple cycle markers to export queue (or select multiple cycle markers to add them to export queue)? I have about 400 files and want to find the way to automate this prcess.

I can’t try now but I’d export all the selected events with the export events function and then batch convert all the exported files to mp3 using another software or the pool window in cubase
I don’t have mp3 format to convert in pool window
there is no mp3 format in pool window in conversion mode
maybe you have some other way to do this, If it’s not possible in Cubase what converter is best for do conversion from wav to mp3 in mono and 320 kb/s ( so with editable preferences)
Sorry I didn’t remember it’s not possible from the pool.
My advice is to install Reaper and use it’s batch converter, it’s very fast.
