I just searched for an option because trying to build your example I got it immediately right. So I presumed it should have been some option…

it is not 100% clear what you are after.
Yes of course you can change the Voice Columns of the voices so that the notes lay on top of each other. There will be one tie only, which will make it difficult for the singers to know what should be going on.
