Is it possible to save this in one big Cubase Track preset?

Hi,

I have made a “virtual mix down mixer” with 24 group channels, all with tracknames and 2 inserts (VCC and UAD Neve CS). All 24 group channels are send to one master group channel with a hardware SSL Buscompressor and Elysia Master EQ and this channel is send to the Cubase master fader.

Is it possible to save this in one big Cubase Track preset so I can recall it in different projects?

I don’t think it’s possible, though I too wish it was.

I think you can sort of make this work by saving all your mixer settings (right click in mixer), then open a new project and load all mixer settings. Then save as template. Load the template before starting each new project

Not perfect because you have to anticipate when you want to use the set up, but better than having to remake it for every project. If I remember correctly, all effects, naming and routing will be in place.
