Is it possible to store the Cubase 7 license key information on the UR824 interface? Or make the UR824 act as a USB HUB for the USB-eLicenser?
After some painstaking research I’ve finally decided that Cubase might be the right DAW for me. The decision is based on many reviews still regarding Cubase as the best DAW for heavy MIDI users. Now considering to buy the UR824/C7 bundle I just realized the UR series doesn’t have MIDI interface.
I have some concern this will introduce some practical issues for me as my laptop only have 2 USB connectors and I now need 3 slots. From earlier experience MIDI interfaces and MIDI clock’s doesn’t always play nice with USB hubs.
