As I mentioned on the topic, I’d like to upgrade my Cubase from LE11 to Element 14. Do i have to pay it in full price or I can buy it at the upgrade price?

You should only pay the upgrade price.

LE11 doesn’t seem to be on the list of upgrades.

You can ask for a free update to Cubase LE 14, e.g. in this thread, and then buy the discounted upgrade to Elements 14.
