is Note Performer affected by changes made to the Piano Roll editor's note start positions?

I wasn’t sure if such timing-related changes like this actually affected Note Performer’s playback and couldn’t find anything about it here. What I’m trying to do is use Dorico’s Piano Roll editor to move the “actual” playing start times of some notes that are sounding a bit delayed, but I can’t tell if Note Performer actually subsequently adjusts for these changes? Thanks in advance -

Yes, those timing offsets are passed to NP, however it may choose to change their positions.

I guess that’s what I’m wondering: whether Note Performer by default takes the Play Mode “actual” note start times changed in the Piano Roll into account with its playback or whether it’s based upon the actual placement in the score it’s reading…I’ll have to try more tests…
