Is the cubase LE AI Elements 10.5 I got free with my interface upgradeable?

I got a free version of cubase LE AI Elements 10.5 with my Audient EVO4 interface. I now want to upgrade to Cubase Pro 11 and I want to make sure this version is upgradeable before pulling the plug.
