1 miunte auto save ?

This setting is all you need.
Amusingly, as a venerable computer user from decades past used to working on large systems that would often crash, I got used to manually saving files by hand after almost every change, and by force of habit I Ctrl-S just about every small section I do in Dorico. 
Probably nobody else is so crazy. It’s really nice by the way that Dorico shows an asterisk in the title bar when the file has not been saved since the last save.

I’m that crazy. I’ve had a habit absently hitting Ctrl+S about every 30 seconds for at least 30 years. The battery life of my laptops back then was brutal.

I am exactly that crazy and love that asterisk, too. 
Whenever I make almost any small change, I Ctrl-S-save the project within 5 seconds. If I am lazy, that is. Usually faster. 
About 40 years doing this now. You really learned to save, save, save.
