Is there no support for UK users?!

I have a problem with Cubase Artist 11 (v11.0.3.0): the file browser in the right screen panel doesn’t show any of my audio files. I can’t find any fix or info on this anywhere, so I tried to contact Steinberg support… but the ‘submit ticket’ button links to a product page and the phone number listed for UK users doesn’t work . How can I get help with this? Anyone? Please?
