Is Usb e-licenser needed to activate Cubase 9 Artist version. Is there any other way?

The USB eLicenser is required. There is no other way.

Other way: Buy a Vienna key instead.

To be clear the Vienna Key is an elicenser…exactly the same thing.

And to be more clear, replace activate with run.
The eLicenser has to be plugged in when running Cubase.
