Is wavlab 12 macOS Tahoe supported?

I’m have a new Mac Studio with Tahoe installed. I’m having some very odd behavior when I try to edit. After making a selection in the wav editor, if I zoom in or out using up or down arrow keys, my selection will randomly change - Sometimes subtly, and other times dramatically, and sometimes not at all.

I’m using a Windows Logitech keyboard, and an apple trackpad.

Do you have any thoughts on this?

Thanks,

~Jay

Can you try with a standard mouse to see if that makes a difference?

I’ll Give it a try. Thanks.

I plugged in my Kennsington slimblade trackball. It’s all good.
There must be something either malfunctioning or an incompatibility with the trackpad.

Have any other peeled had issues with the Apple trackpad? Mine is a slightly older model that uses the lightning charge cable.

I would recommend a wired full-size Apple keyboard with the raised buttons and numeric keypad. I would also recommend a high-quality wired gaming mouse, together with a wired Kensington Trackball. Drag and drop is hard with a trackball alone. A powered USB2 hub should be dedicated to these items, and have a good quality cable feeding it from the Mac Studio.

Worth looking into Jog wheels too, as these can really ease adjustment workflow, with macro key-commands available if wanted.

(Run your soundcard separately on one of the front USB-C sockets, using a proper USB2 audio cable. Supra make good basic cables and sound good.)

Is the trackpad plugged in? Or wireless?
