Issue: Cubase Pro 14: EQ settings Not Working at all

Tried multiple times on both existing and empty projects.
Launch Cubase V14 Pro, Windows 11:
Open an existing or create new empty project
Create an audio track
Open the Edit window and move some values to get any EQ curve.
Right click the EQ to open the dialog
Invert EQ : Not working / responding
Copy EQ: Not working / responding (therefore ‘paste eq’ not lit up)
Reset EQ: Does not flatten the curve, eq unchanged.
Load / Save Preset: Not Working.

The EQ works sonically but none of the right-click menu functions work at all.
