I have opened an old template project (last saves 2022) where I saved about 100 bell sounds, many of them Halion Sonic files.
For some reason all my Halion files are crashing and the error messages dont really tell me how to resolve the issues.
Weirdly:
When I look in the Download assistant at the content, it reports that it is 3.55gb but when it dowloads it is 33.12 Gb! ??? I am only downloading one file.
I did once own Halion 4, but I dont use the big brother Halion now, just Sonic. This is inexplicable to me.
I have so far re-installed Halion Sonic 7, re-installed the Library “Selection Content”, re-installed
My system is big - 11tb over 8 disks
Towards the end of the install, it is showing cascading messages:
I then manually install and it seems to go OK in Cubase Download assistant.
