Issue instancing UAD Oxford Limiter after UAD2 update to 11.5.1

After an UAD2 update 11.5.1. WaveLab 11.2 is giving me this message (see screenshot) when I instance the UAD Oxford Limiter. Other UAD plugins seem to be OK.

It seems to be working as usual, in my Audio editor. I have done a render which is correct but have not instanced it in a Montage project yet.

What is your wisdom regarding such a message?

If you get this message when opening the plugin, this should mean this plugin has a default prset and, for some reason, this preset file is damaged. The solution should simply be to reset this preset.

Ah yes, that could be the issue. I did save a default preset a few days prior to doing the UAD update.

A follow up question regarding the file corruption occurring in my Presets folder.
How do I edit/delete the excess of Default Presets shown in the screenshot?

It looks like you are currently using the VST-2 version of the plugin. I recommend switching to the VST-3 version.

The long list you see consists of preset slots that are included with this specific plugin, and these cannot be changed. However, you have the option to rename the active slot.
