Try this:
Import a midi file and try to zoom horizontally or vertically with the mouse wheel:
Mouse Wheel isn’t responsive any more
Nobody?
Try clicking on another window or desktop when this happens. There seems to be a problem with Nuendo losing mouse wheel focus at times - esp when importing anything. Happens here too with audio imports, for one.
