[Issue] Mute not working consistently within a specific routing

Nuendo 14, most recent update. Windows 11

I have a MIDI track with a send going to an instrument. The mute on the instrument track doesn’t work. It works on the channel strip of the same track.

Routing

1. MIDI track with MIDI Send
2. MIDI Send activated and sending to separate instrument track (it works)
3. Mute on track view of instrument doesn’t work
4. Mute on Channel strip of instrument works
