[Issue] Path Setting not responding

When I add new vst,close cubse and open cubase again,the cubase banner appears and initializing the vst,once the last vst i added appears he stuck.

To Reproduce:
1.add new vst
2.close cubase
3.open cubase
4.cubase stuck

My System and Hardware:
Cubase Pro 8
Win 7 64 Bit
