[ISSUE]Ruler resets when settings timecode offset

Hi. Here’s a new one:

  1. Create an empty project.
  2. In the Transport panel, select “Timecode” as primary display format and “Bar+Beats” as secondary display format.
  3. Open the Ruler format menu (top-left triangle) and select “Bar+Beats”.

This allows you to work musically with bar and beats while having a large timecode display on the top row of icons.

  1. From the Project menu, select “Set Timecode at Cursor” and enter any value.
  2. The Ruler format changes to timecode, for no logical reason.
