Issue: Timeline divisions disappear when in cycle mode

When I edit a part in the edit window and then enable cycle mode all the divisions disappear like here:

When I click back to disable cycle mode I see the divisions again like here:

Probably corrupt prefs. Use Safe Mode to see.
