I noticed that the Bar Number Rehearsal Mark in polymeter shows up correctly in the part (not with an empty box) if there’s an ossia created anywhere on the staff. Next this ossia can be hidden if you uncheck ‘Show ossias’ in Layout Options. Literally a kind of ‘out of the box’ solution!
