Issue with Soft eLicenser

Hello, I bought Cubase Pro 10.5 a couple of hours ago,
and after all the steps required I noticed there is no product in my Soft eLicenser (after all the registering/activation on mysteinberg)
Please do take a look, any help appreciated.

You need to plug in your dongle. Cubase Pro license will be on it.

Apparently the purchase addition to the program I bought is a physical usb elicenser or not? this is super confusing because I didn’t get any information about shipping

Correct - you need to purchase a physical eLicenser dongle in order to use Cubase Pro
