I have a fresh windows installation and have installed cubase pro 10.5.
The license is in the usb and i started cubase once and all ok. When i closed it and tried to open it again it didnt opened. I restarted windows and it opened but stopped responding in audio alignment screen. I dont know what’s the issue here.
I tried updating the usb but it got stuck in the online synchronization and maintainance 1st step…
Maybe it has something to do with the usb 3 port?

If you have one of the older USB-eLicenser, it might do something with the USB3 port. For USB3 ports the latest, shortest USB-eLicenser is recommended.
How does your license look like in the eLCC application? All good here?
