How can I use other VST Plugins like EZ Drummer on Mac OS 10.15?

In general it’s the same as on earlier Mac OSes, but since 10.15 you might run into codesign issues. Due to enhanced security measurements from Apple, plug-ins and the hosting apps need to have special entitlements set. Also Dorico 3.0.10 is not 100% compatible in that regard, but the next update early next year will be, so from that on it shall be the same experience as before.
