It seems render in place doesn't work.

Hi,

I’ve tried render in place function for audio track.
Original audio track was raw file.
but I want to put delay effect in the audio track(Not inserted). so I used render in place function.

But the function is not working I think.
Because new audio file has nothing.

This is two screen capture files.
Is that normal?

I’ve tested a lot and it seems like a bug.
Because when I use steinberg default plugin,
IT WORKS.

But when I’ve used all 3rd party plugin such as softube, fabfilter, vengeance, UAD and so on,
IT DOESN’T WORK.

Also when I use Audio Mixdown>Channel Batch Export, IT DOESN’T WORK.
But when I check Real-time export, IT WORKS.

How do I understand this situation?

It is really important to deliver files.

My system is cubase 9 pro for mac.

Any idea or thought?

Let me know if I should post this to a new thread - but Render in Place seems bugged in 9.0.1 - whenever I use it (use Dry Settings) it mutes all audio and freezes the program.

Im on
Win 10 Pro 64bit
32 GB Ram
Core i5 6600k 3.5 ghz
Cubase Pro 9.0.1 latest build
