Italic lyrics with misaligned hyphens

Sorry, I know this has come up before, but I can’t find it in search and can’t remember the solution.

When italicizing lyrics, the baselines shift, making the hyphens appear too high:

What’s the best way around this? Creating an italicized paragraph style returns the same result.

Are you sure that the hyphen is actually higher specifically in this situation than it is generally when using your Minion Italic font?

It’s possible that Dorico is using the hyphen from Minion Regular when you override the font’s style to be italic.
