Italicised c. in metronome mark

Another feature request, this time on behalf of a publisher:
Please could we have the option to italicise the “c.” denoting circa, e.g.

I’ve been doctoring PDFs but am embarking on a piece that has various part layouts and quite a few of these approximate tempo marks, so might go down the Fake Tempo Paragraph Style route for this one.

This means Leo you don’t like the standard

even if I also would prefer the standard mathematical symbol ~ for approximate Tempo.
Probably the best option would be making Approximate Appearance a normal text input…
