Ivory 2 virtual piano no sound

Installed Synthogy’s Ivory ll, Concert D virtual piano. It gets a MIDI signal but there’s no sound coming out. NOTE: On installation an error message came up saying I was short on space, but completed the
install anyway and was told to restart computer. Support at Synthogy/Ivory said to register software which I did, and still there’s no sound. Anyone? thanks FS

I would try to reinstall the plug-in. Maybe the library is missing…?

Any success? Having the same problem but without the error regarding space, just no sound.

Just to make sure: You did load a piano in your Ivory?
