IXO 22 Blinking when connecting to a PC

Hi.

I have a problem with my IXO22 to a pc. When connecting to USB port, it starts blinking with a pattern (2 short blinks, pause, 2 short blinks…) After a few minutes it stops blinking altogether and in my device manages interface shows as Unknown USB Device (port reset failed). I have tried with other PC, same issue.

What could be the issue? What does this blink code mean? Only blinking issue written in manual is constant blinks, which does not apply there.

After connecting power, the ring does not blink, but reset failed is still present.

Have you installed the Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver?

yes, to no avail. Interface does not appear at all in Device Manager

Can you explain better what “reset failed is still present” means? Are you talking about in Windows Device Manager?

What is your Windows version?

yes, it shows Unknown USB device (power reset failed) in Windows device manager. I have Windows 11 24H2

I’m sorry, I’m not sure what else to suggest. Maybe someone else will have some ideas. Unfortunately, this part of the forums doesn’t see much traffic.
