When I type a bar in the jumpbar, it takes me to the first page, not the specific bar. How do I fix it?
Did you use the right command? To go to a specific bar, first type b followed by the bar number.
Edit: at the risk of stating the obvious, but if you are in Page view and use the jump bar to go to a specific bar, it will take you to the page the bar is located on.

I typed b00 for the number on page 4, and it always goes to the first page.
So you have a bar numbered 0 on page 4, in the currently selected flow?
Did you try entering just one 0?
