I’m really enjoying Dorico. When I change from Write to Engrave mode or vice versa, if any of the side panels are open in either mode, the change between modes is seamless and the music stays still.
But if side panels are hidden in both modes, when I change from one to the other, the screen kind of twitches. It doesn’t always happen but it’s often; this is on a MacBook Pro, latest OS. It may be because even when all panels are hidden, there are side palettes in Write mode that don’t appear in Setup or Engrave.
Has anyone else noticed this? It’s not a big deal, but I usually work with panels hidden, and it would be nice if changing from Write to Engrave weren’t so twitchy.
