*.syx import to FM Classics has nothing to do with ‘better file-management’.

It would be enough to add a ‘FM Classics’ folder to the root Cubasis folder and put all the relevant *.syx files there (In sub-folders per synth, DX7, TX81Z, DX100 etc) and the plug-in would scan the folder when it loads.

Sampler Track’s ‘Import’ would be a simple drag’n’drop operation from the Media Bay, Files.app pop-over or drag an existing midi or audio-event to the track and boom, done.

There’s no need to over-complicate things
