Just lost my Effects folders

Hi, I have in the past installed my vst’s into a folder called vst64
However, it is a pain to install to that folder because by default when I install plugins they usually default to VST plugins folder on my C: Program Files

Now, I had to reinstall my software and I installed everything into that new default folder. Is there a way to have my old projects recognize the plugins from that folder, vs from my old folder? Thanks!

Hi,

If Cubase scans this folder while start (i.e. you set it as a folder in the Plugin Manager), then Cubase will load the plugins in all projects.

I know what you mean sometimes it does forget the added folders and some folders in there I don’t use for plugins
