Just upgraded N3 to N6-Missing VST instruments

I just upgraded from N3 to N6+NEK and I do not see Halionsonic, groove agent, padshop, retrolog, loopmasher, beat designer…

My elicenser says I have NEK registered.
I don’t see the instruments on an instrument track.
I only see prologue, spector, mystic as the choices for the instrument rack

did something not get properly installed?
any ideas ???

Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that the instruments are not showing up. Maybe you should try to do
a re-install first. In most cases it solves such issues. If that doesn’t help, please let me know.

Timo,

I found the NEK installer (I thought it would install as part of N6 since it came in the same download).
I installed NEK, and the plugins I mentioned are there.

So it makes me wonder, are there any other installers I need to look at.
We downloaded out N3-to-N6+NEK upgrade. the installer merged the 3 download.

no, it should install the other plug-ins as well. I would recommend to contact our support
team on this directly in order to check install routine.
