Key command do work but very slow.

Hi,

I’m wondering what’s going on? Just installed pro 10 on my mac and everything works fine. except for the key commands, they work but very very slow. It takes 20 seconds for it to do the task. I get the spinning balloon. anybody got an idea what is wrong?

Try to start Cubase in Safe Start Mode.

I had an issue where opening the key commands dialog took a while, like 8 seconds. I resolved it by deleting the Key Commands xml file.

First, of course, I saved my key commands as a reset- I think this saves a file that is ‘clean’, then after re-opening Cubase I recalled that preset in the key commands dialog.

Not exactly the same, but perhaps a worthy observation.
