When I attempt to open the Layout options via the key command using Ctrl + Shift + L, all I get is a window saying “Performance logging started”. Does anyone know how to fix this? All of the other library key commands work fine.
Thank you
Does this happen in all programs or just Dorico?
If just Dorico, it might be worth uploading a Diagnostics Report via Help > Create Diagnostics Report. It may not be helpful to the team but you never know..
Hi @TerryProhaska, that looks like an AMD-Radeon logo. Your Radeon graphic card options are probably programmed with that shortcut, that for some reason takes priority. I found the solution on this site:
Open Radeon Settings
Go to HotKeys
Disable the HotKeys by pressing the delete button.
So that the much beloved shortcut will become free again, to be used in Dorico
I should have checked other programs before I asked the question. I typically have not used that particular key command so I presumed it was just Dorico. It is in fact a problem with any program. The comment below yours appears to identify the problem correctly. So far I haven’t been able to fix it, but I will keep trying.
Thank you for your input.
Thank you for your comment. You are exactly right. Unfortunately I have not been successful in opening Radeon settings as there appears to be an incompatibility. I will continue working on correcting the problem, though it is not a crisis.
Thanks for your help.
