If not, this is a regression compared with the older Key Commands window, where you could select each individual key binding and delete individually.

You are talking about deleting a key command from a task that has more than one key command assigned to it, right?
Just checked - it’s not doable no matter if you manage to delete one assigned key command via right-click dialogue - the initial state will be restored. It’s either all or nothing.

Strange how you go from the ability to do this to not.
Couldn’t you simply assign the key (or combination) to another command, rather than having to delete it?
