Trying to set up some key commands and the input box isn’t recognizing Shift, Control, Option or the Command key…all other keys I can type in. I tried resetting some options in my keyboard setting in the OS but nothing is working. Anyone know why this might be happening?

These are modifiers. You always have to press some other key with it. You cannot use only Ctrl as a Key Command.
