Key commands not working cubase 12

Hi!
Just installed my cubase 12 I’m my new m1 Mac Studio.
Key commands don’t work at all, and wen I try to choose a preset , it does not save the preset that I just choose.
No key commands work at all…
Please help!

I’m using Cubase on Mac M1 too and the Key Commands are working here.

What Key Commands exactly do you mean, please? Some custom Key Commands or the default ones? Any example…?

Hi. Thank for your feedback.
All defaults are missing. There is no key commands assigned.
The presets are appearing , you can choose them, but they don’t stay active.
I made a new installation from start and it does not work.
Thank you.

Could you try to trash Cubase preferences folder from the user/Library folder, please?

For example : the mixer does not appear with the default key command…
Repeat comand , quantize, etc…
Only CONTROL SAVE is active

Hi,

Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Cubase X_64

The X means your Cubase version number (for example 12). :wink:

What was your solution? I have a similar issue, key commands are not working as expected after installing on a new Mac Studio.

what was your solution ? I’m using mac m1 with cubase 12. And just some key shortcut works.
