Keyboard shortcut/command for adding fades

I edit voice over every day with Cubase Elements 7 and often have to add fades on the start and end of cuts (from other artists) as sometimes I get clicks and all manner of artefacts.

The best solution is to add a fade on the in and out of each clip, and I know I can grab a bunch of them and do it manually, but is there a keyboard shortcut or command for adding them to the start and end of a clip with a predetermined length ?

There is an auto fades control/keycommand

Also there are the commands Increment and decrement Fade-in and fade out in the key commands. (by the amount of the grid value)

The auto-fade setting is totally automatic once you activate it, set it and forget it. The KCs require you to do the fades (yes, on multiple selections)
