Keyboard Shortcut or Key Commands for Event Description

There are many instances where I’d have to rename Descriptions of Markers or Arrangement Ranges or Audio/MIDI Events. Example, copying Audio Event’s Description to a Marker Name. This is handy when doing batch exports.

So far, I haven’t found any way to access the Description section via Key Commands window (to create a macro) or otherwise, that can work without mouse click and manual entry. Is there a way to do so, so that I can then modify / copy Description text from and to any events?

I’m not in front of my machine right now, but the first place where I would look for clever options like that is Nuendo’s “Project Logical Editor”.

As Dietz says, using the naming options in the Project Logical Editor will indeed change the description (and not the file name)
