“Reveal Parameter on Write” is a nice feature, but one that you don’t always want to have enabled. Currently, the only way to toggle it is to open the Automation Panel, clicking on the cog button and (un)checking the option. This is a lot slower than using a keycommand.
Because of the issue it causes with drawing automation, the keycommand is especially needed.
Nothing against your request for a key command, but I think manual drawing in an automation lane shouldn’t trigger the reveal function at all, since you have the lane open already.
I agree. I still think it would be nice to have a keycommand, but it would drop strongly in priority.
I posted this mainly because if the bug isn’t fixed for some reason then this is the second best solution.
