Komplete Audio 6 interface with Cubase LE 9.5

I am using Komplete Audio 6 Mk1 with Cubase LE 9.5 on windows 10. I can get input into the Stereo In but nothing in the instrument track. When I use Guitar Rig 5 as an individual program it works fine, but wont it attach the Audio 6 when in Cubase. How do I get these to talk to each other?

Instrument track need a MIDI Port as an input.
