Komplete midi keyboard recognised but not working in Cubase 14

Hi,
Cubase 14 Pro upgrade from Cubase 13 - Win11
2 Komplete midi keyboards worked fine in Cubase 13, and 14 when I first installed it.
Yesterday I uninstalled Cubase 13, now neither keyboard works in Cubase 14.
Steinberg, NI and other standalone vst’s work fine, but no connection when playing in Cubase 14.0.10

Any suggestions?

Few questions :

  • MIDI DIN or USB connections ?
  • What’s happening without any MIDI/Generic remote control active ?
  • Do you get a MIDI activity in the transport bar meters section, either with the keys or the controls ?
  • When creating a MIDI/Instrument track, how is the Input Routing and Input channels set ?
  • Any added setting that could go in the way in the Preferences > MIDI > MIDI Filter panel ?
