I have Komplete, but hadn’t yet installed Massive X. I’m now pleased to also confirm that Massive X does not get blacklisted by Cubase 10.5.20 with the fix.
So whats the fix like? My Kontakt gets blacklisted on a fresh installed Win10, Cubase 10.5.20 System and its unusable now.

Even without the patch you can still just reactivate it in the VST Plug-in Manager and it will work fine, even with (yesterday’s) Kontakt update to 6.4

I have the problem with noteperformer 
can’t get any sound and the noteperformer doesn’t show up in the VST-list.
So what do I do?

Please do Help > Create Diagnostics Report and send the corresponding zip file to ‘u dot stoermer at steinberg dot de’. I first want to check if it is really that same issue. If it is, then I send you a recipe about how to make it work again.
