Korg Micro key 37

I can’t get Cubase Elements 7 to recognize this Korg USB keyboard. I have downloaded the latest Korg mini USB driver.

Any suggestions?

What is your operating system?

I had a nano for a little while, the cheaply made usb port died and its been discarded - poor quality

Sorry I should have included the following. Windows 7 on a PC lap top. The LED on the keyboard is on but I can’t find the keyboard in Cubase.

Have you restarted Cubase after connecting the keyboard??
