Why doesn’t the laissez vibrer tie in bar 11 point to the left in Write mode as it does in Engrave mode? See screenshot. I use Dorico Pro 6 version 6.1.106078 (Oct 8 2025).
Are you in Galley view?

I am in Fill view; I changed to Galley view there is the same. However in Page view it matches between Write and Engrave mode.
Both fill and galley views are meant to be fast and for inputting notes, and don’t represent the actual output, so this is expected.

This may seem initially a bit tedious, but it’s become my preferred method of using ties into a second ending. Basically either make a grace note or a note in an additional voice, tie it, and hide it:

Interesting approach. I don’t have those options shown in your screenshot, such as ‘Hide ledger lines’, ‘Hide stem’, and ‘Hide notehead’.
They will show in Engrave mode.
