Large persistent EQ windows in Mix Console?

Hello,

I have recorded guitar using 3 microphones, each on their own track. I’d like to mix those microphone tracks by tweaking their respective EQ side by side. The Mix Console seems like the right place to do that but

  1. The lanes are really narrow
  2. To view the EQ window you have to click on the EQ widget.

I’d like to see all 3 EQs up at the same time, side-by-side, laid out horizontally or vertically. I know I can do this by Atl-clicking the E button for each, but a lot of real estate is wasted with the Inserts/Routing, Send/Cue Sends, and output stips.

Hi,

You can add 3 Insert effects (plug-ins) and open the 3 windows side by side.

Yeah, heck they’re tiny on your screenshot. :sweat_smile:

They’re an inch and half wide (on my screen - 49" 5120 x 1440). Seems reasonable to me, but, as always, ymmv.
