Is there a way to force a later instrument change? A section is shifting needlessly before a repeat.
Add a placeholder note later in the score in the former instrument, then set to 1%?
Tried that, but I don’t get the bars’ rests showing then.
Put the placeholder note in a new voice, then adjust the Voice 1 rest position. Still a rather ugly workaround though…
I don’t like not seeing a two-bar rest as it’s inconsistent. I’ve put actual notes in - a concrete example of the notation software impacting the orchestration.
