Layout Doesn't Show Flow

Hi ,

I have two instrumental part layouts. One for print and one for pdf. Both Layouts are connected to the same player and flow but I can only see the flow in one of the layouts. What am I missing?

Please check this in Setup Mode:

Left Panel:

  1. click onto (=select) the Player to see the connection to the flow(s) and to the layout(s).
    Bottom panel:
  2. click onto the flow (=select it) to see to which players it is connected and in which layouts it will appear.
    Right Panel:
  3. do your own check again.

Player 1 is connected to flow 1 which is connected to layout 1 - Here I see the music in flow 1. Player 1 is connected to Flow 1 which is connected to layout 2 - Here I can’t see the music in layout 2.

I recommend to do the opposite: First click on the flow in the lower zone, then on the player in the left zone.

In the right zone you will see which layouts the player is attached to.

But is player 1 connected to layout 2?

Setup mode can be a bit confusing; the connections don’t just run one way.

Or if you can upload your project file here, someone can take a look and see what’s going on.

Exactly, you will also have to check whether Player 1 is connected to Layout 2.
It will be a triangle connection - once you click one element (Player, Flow or Layout), you will see two other elements light up. If that is not the case, one link is missing.
