Layout options - Use fretted instrument transposition

When enabling this option on a fretted instrument, the Option-Up and Option down arrows act weird. Only happens in Full score view. The Guitar view acts normally.

By weird, I mean option-UP arrow or option-Down arrow will move the note up by an extra octave.

I’m afraid there are some issues with fretted instrument transposition and note input/editing. Many apologies - we’re working on fixing them.
